Named for the naval officers who once kept offices along Compromise Street, the Admiral's Room is furnished with period-appropriate mahogany, naval charts, and brass fittings. Our most celebrated accommodation. At 920 square feet, The Alderton Suite occupies the entire northwest corner of the fourth floor, commanding unobstructed views across the Bay from three exposures. A private deck, butler service, dedicated phone line, and a full living and dining area make this the address for discerning guests who expect the exceptional as standard.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a supplemental charge. Our concierge is pleased to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Reservations cancelled 48 hours or more prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival forfeit the first night’s rate. Non-refundable rate reservations are not eligible for cancellation or modification.
The Alderton warmly welcomes well-behaved dogs (maximum two, up to 50 lbs each) in selected ground-floor rooms. A nightly pet fee of $45 applies. Please notify the hotel at time of booking. Service animals are always welcome at no charge.
The Alderton is a non-smoking property throughout. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A $350 deep-cleaning fee applies for smoking violations.
